Refund policy

Digital Products (Vocal Presets)

All digital products — including vocal preset packs and project files — are non-refundable once downloaded. Due to the nature of digital goods, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds after delivery. If you experience a technical issue with your download, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.

 

Physical Products (Clothing & Apparel)

At Heroic Dragon, our clothing is produced and fulfilled by Tapstitch. If you experience any issues with your order, please review the policy below.

Contact Us For any return, refund, or order-related concerns, please contact us. To help us process your request efficiently, please include your order number, photos or videos of the issue (if applicable), and a brief description of the problem.

Return & Refund Request Timeframe Customers may request a return or refund within 180 days after the order has been delivered. For misprinted, damaged, defective items, or lost packages, claims should ideally be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Return Process Once your request has been reviewed and approved, you will be provided with the correct return address and instructions. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted. We aim to review and process requests within 7 business days.

Conditions for Returned Items Unless the item is defective or incorrectly produced, returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Items that are worn, stained, damaged due to misuse, or altered after delivery will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds If your refund request is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method in the original purchase currency. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items The following are not eligible for return or refund unless there is a manufacturing defect: tights, underwear, pajamas, swimsuits, socks, masks, sample items, deliberately damaged items, items returned beyond 180 days, and items accurately produced to your specifications but later deemed unwanted.

Order Cancellation Orders may only be cancelled and fully refunded while in "In Review" status. Once production has started, cancellation requests may not be eligible for a full refund.

Delayed Shipment Small-volume orders: production within 3–7 business days, shipped by day 8. Bulk orders: production within 7–15 business days, shipped by day 16. If these timelines are missed, you may be eligible for compensation of up to 10% of the original product value. Delays caused by customer-side issues (design changes, incorrect address, etc.) are excluded.

Lost Packages Claims for lost packages must be submitted within 7 days after the estimated delivery date.
